Slow down, tune in, and build your yoga practice from the ground up — one posture at a time.

In this educational, experiential series, we dedicate each class to exploring a single asana in depth. You’ll learn functional alignment, biomechanics, breath support, energetic benefits, and variations to help your body feel strong, safe, and empowered in your practice.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refine your form and deepen your awareness, this class offers clarity, confidence, and the joy of truly understanding how your body moves.

Each session includes:

  • Breakdown of one signature yoga posture

  • Warm-up + drills tailored to the pose

  • Alignment + anatomy guidance

  • Props, modifications & variations

  • Breath + energetic focus

  • Short flow to integrate the shape

  • Time for questions + practice
