Gentle Yoga (60 min)

This 60-minute class is designed for anyone seeking a mindful and accessible approach to their practice. Whether you're a complete beginner, recovering from an injury, or simply want to unwind, Gentle Yoga provides a safe and supportive environment to move and breathe.

In this class, we will move slowly through foundational yoga poses, paying close attention to alignment and the connection between breath and movement. You'll build strength, improve balance and flexibility, and learn to listen to your body in a compassionate way. Props are often used to provide support and comfort, making each pose feel nourishing and accessible.

Gentle Yoga is a perfect way to de-stress, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm and well-being, leaving you feeling centered and refreshed.
