iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation is a trauma-informed, evidence-based practice founded by Dr. Richard Miller. This guided meditation is used to support healing and build resilience for a wide range of individuals, including veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and survivors of trauma. It is also effectively utilized in correction facilities to aid in rehabilitation.
This practice is designed to support healing from PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief. The guided meditation leads you through ten integrative steps—such as setting intention, body sensing, breath awareness, and emotional exploration—to cultivate deep rest, nervous system regulation, and a sense of wholeness.
Rooted in safety and self-compassion, iRest helps you gently reconnect with your body, mind, and inner peace. It’s not about fixing—it’s about remembering that you are already whole.
Pricing
* Single Session: $75 per hour
For a practice that benefits from consistency, you may also consider offering packages to encourage a deeper commitment to the healing process.
* 3-Session Pack: $200 (a $25 savings)
* 5-Session Pack: $325 (a $50 savings)
