Step into the light of a new week with a 75-minute practice designed to illuminate your spirit and nourish your body. The Sunday Morning Glow follows the traditional stages of yoga, moving from physical movement into breathwork and finishing in deep stillness.

Centered around the meditative rhythm of Sun Salutations, this gentle flow builds a soft internal heat to clear stagnant energy. We transition from movement into intentional pranayama (breathwork) and dedicated time for meditation, potentially incorporating mudras or mantras to deepen your focus. After we seal our practice, stay to replenish with a nutrient-dense superfood beverage designed to support your body at the cellular level.

Why Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar)?

• A Brief History: Traditionally practiced at sunrise to honor the sun as the source of all life, these twelve linked postures create a "moving meditation" that balances the body's solar and lunar energies.

• Key Benefits: Improves cardiovascular health, tones the nervous system, increases spinal flexibility, and synchronizes the breath with the body to calm the mind.
