Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga (75 min)

This 75-minute class is a quiet, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body—ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia. Unlike more active styles of yoga, Yin postures are held for longer periods (3-5 minutes or more), allowing you to safely stretch and lengthen these deeper tissues.

Using props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets, you'll find comfort in each pose while applying a gentle, healthy stress to the joints. Yin is an excellent complement to more dynamic yoga practices and other physical activities. It can improve flexibility, joint mobility, and circulation, all while calming the nervous system and fostering a sense of inner peace.

This class is suitable for all levels, and no prior yoga experience is needed. Come ready to slow down, be still, and turn your awareness inward.
