Yoga and Breathwork Balance Session
Santosha led a yoga and breathwork session focusing on balancing the left and right brain hemispheres through nostril breathing techniques and various yoga poses. The practice included kapalabhati breathwork, nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), and a sequence of poses designed to open the body and promote relaxation. Santosha emphasized the importance of noticing which nostril dominates during daily breathing patterns and offered guidance on using breathwork to balance energy states. The session concluded with a reading from the Ashtavakra Gita and a gentle transition back to an awake state.
