Bliss Flow is a dynamic, all-levels vinyasa practice designed to meet you exactly where you are. This class weaves together breath, movement, and mindful awareness. Building steadily from warm-up into a creative, energizing flow.
What to Expect:
We’ll begin with breath awareness and intentional warm-up, then gradually build into a rhythmic vinyasa sequence. Weekly themes may draw from yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathwork), and embodied exploration to support both strength and presence.
This class offers space for choice:
Take breaks when your body asks for them
Amplify the practice with arm balances, inversions or deeper variations
Move intuitively while honoring your own pace
Music sets the tone, inviting you to drop in, let go of expectations, and flow with what feels true.
Is This for Me?
Yes. Bliss Flow is supportive of all levels, from newer students to experienced practitioners. You’re encouraged to leave ego at the door and tune into sensation, breath, and curiosity. All while knowing you are wise and well in your power, you are the guiding light in your practice!
We’ll close with a grounding cool-down and savasana.
