Power Yoga (60 min)

Ignite your inner fire in this dynamic and challenging 60-minute Power Yoga class. Designed to build strength, stamina, and mental focus, this class features a faster-paced flow that links breath to movement. You'll move through a creative sequence of postures, incorporating core work, standing balances, and inversions to build heat and detoxify the body.

Power Yoga is a total-body workout that will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and energized. It's a great choice if you're looking to take your practice to the next level, and offers plenty of opportunities to modify or challenge yourself as you see fit.

All levels are welcome, but some prior experience with flow yoga is recommended. Come ready to sweat, breathe, and find your power on the mat.
