The Deep Release: Progressive Muscle Relaxation

As we transition toward the floor, you will be guided through a 20-minute Deep Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR). This systematic technique involves gently tensing and then fully releasing specific muscle groups.

• Physical Softening: By consciously engaging and relaxing, you’ll identify where you hold "hidden" stress—often in the jaw, shoulders, or hips.

• Deep Preparation: This process physically exhausts the body’s tension, creating a hollow, open vessel perfectly primed for the deeper meditative work to follow.
