
60-Minute Studio Yoga – Therapeutic Flow & Deep Relaxation
This all-levels practice invites you to slow down and truly explore each posture. Together, we’ll focus on one asana at a time, breaking it down in a therapeutic way that allows every body to welcome the shape with support, alignment, and breath awareness. Props and variations will be offered to ensure comfort and accessibility while deepening your connection to the posture.
The second half of class moves into stillness with Deep Progressive Muscle Relaxation—a guided journey through the body designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for restoration. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and refreshed.
