Grief is a fierce and deeply personal experience. It affects the whole being—not only as emotion, but as physical pain, disrupted breath, fragmented sleep, and a sense that linear thinking has been shattered.

Join Karen Sincore, Yoga Therapist (YACEP, E-RYT200, RYT500), alongside guest speaker Reverend Kristie Figueredo, Certified Master Grief Coach, for a compassionate and transformative four-part workshop designed to gently guide you through the tasks of mourning and toward renewal.

Karen Sincore will lead you through intentional movement sequences and somatic release practices that help soften and metabolize the “wild force” of loss. Through guided breathwork and focused gazing practices, you’ll learn tools to calm agitation, restore depleted energy, regulate your nervous system, and support healthy sleep cycles. Each session concludes with deep relaxation and meditation, creating space to reconnect with your spiritual self and begin creatively redefining identity after loss.

Reverend Kristie Figueredo, Certified Master Grief Coach and Life Coach, will offer grounded wisdom, education, and compassionate guidance around the grieving process. Her teachings help normalize grief, provide language for complex emotions, and support participants in understanding their unique journey through loss.

Grief is a natural response to the loss of anything we are attached to—a loved one, relationship, career, sense of identity, or health. Whether your loss is recent or an old grief has been reawakened, this workshop offers a quiet, calm spiritual space where you can be seen, heard, and supported.
