Step away from the rush of daily life and onto your mat for a practice that honors both effort and ease. This 60-minute journey is designed to help you reconnect through the art of the Slow Flow.

What to Expect:

In this class, we move with intention. We’ll begin by warming the body through mindful Sun Salutations, flowing through classic sequences at a deliberate pace that allows you to truly feel every movement. Unlike a fast-paced power class, our Slow Flow Vinyasa gives you the space to:

• Savor the Transitions: Explore the "dance" between poses with grace and control.

• Refine Your Alignment: Deepen your understanding of foundational postures without feeling rushed.

• Cultivate Presence: Use the steady rhythm of your breath to anchor your mind and soothe the nervous system.

• Build Gentle Strength: Hold poses long enough to build heat and stability while maintaining a sense of inner calm.
