Family Neuro-Flow: Aerial Yoga & Sound Meditation (Ages 10+)

This is more than just a class—it's a unique sensory experience designed to promote calm, focus, and body awareness for your family. Specifically beneficial for individuals managing ADHD or sensory processing challenges (Ages 10 and up). No prior experience is required!

Part 1: Proprioception & Focus (30 Minutes)

Experience the therapeutic power of the hammock. Learning Aerial Yoga helps stimulate the proprioceptive system (your sense of where your body is in space). The soft fabric provides gentle, reliable deep pressure input (like a full-body hug) which is known to be incredibly calming and helps organize the nervous system. This heightened body awareness can significantly improve focus, motor planning, and confidence outside of the hammock.

Part 2: Auditory Entrainment & Regulation (30 Minutes)

Settle in for the ultimate sensory reset. Cocooned securely, the whole family will be immersed in a Floating Sound Meditation. The carefully chosen tones and frequencies from instruments like crystal singing bowls create gentle, full-body vibrations. This process of auditory entrainment helps the brain shift from active (Beta) waves into relaxed (Alpha/Theta) states, promoting emotional regulation and deep rest. For children who struggle to sit still, the dual support of the hammock and the focusing power of the sound make stillness accessible and deeply rewarding.
