Experience the gentle magic of aerial yoga in a supportive, beginner-friendly class designed for all ages and all levels. This session introduces the basics of working with the aerial hammock — learning how it supports balance, mobility, core engagement, and nervous-system ease.
We’ll explore simple, accessible movements and stretches to help you feel comfortable, confident, and grounded in the silks. Optional gentle inversions and playful supported shapes are offered, always at your own pace.
