Intro to Aerial Yoga & Floating Meditation (60 min)

Experience the joy of moving with gravity in this beginner-friendly class designed for absolute newcomers—no prior yoga or aerial experience needed. The first 30 minutes introduce you to the basics of Aerial Yoga, where you’ll learn how to safely get in and out of the hammock, explore foundational poses, and build confidence, strength, and balance.

The final 30 minutes invite you to surrender into stillness with a soothing Floating Meditation, cocooned in your hammock as you’re guided through breathwork and deep relaxation. The hammock supports your body, allowing tension to melt away while lengthening the spine and calming the mind.

Come with an open heart and leave feeling light, playful, and deeply restored.
