iRest® Meditation: A Community Journey to Inner Resilience

iRest® Yoga Nidra is a trauma-informed, evidence-based practice designed to cultivate deep rest and inner resilience. In this group class, you will be guided through a series of ten integrative steps—including breath awareness, body sensing, and emotional exploration—in a safe and supportive community environment.

Rooted in safety and self-compassion, iRest helps you gently reconnect with your body, mind, and inner peace. This class is perfect for anyone seeking to calm their nervous system, reduce stress, and remember that they are already whole.

Please note: This is a premium offering. For non-members, the drop-in rate is $30. Members can use their pass to book this class, and a $5 surcharge will apply.
